4. Event Photos

Photos taken at the photobooth belong to the participating guests and/or the event organizer, depending on the agreement for each event.

M-PHOTO stores photos only as long as needed to deliver images, print, troubleshoot technical issues, or as requested by the event client.

We do not use guest photos for advertising, portfolio, or social media without written consent or clear confirmation from the client or event organizer.
