1. Acceptance

By visiting our website, booking our services, or using a photobooth at an event, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you represent an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Our Services

• Photobooth rental and sales.
• Custom photo-frame design for brands or event themes.
• On-site photobooth operation at weddings, corporate events, openings, and more.
• VIP membership programs and related rental/purchase benefits.
• Technical support, printing, and digital photo delivery (depending on package).

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds

• Cancellation or date changes should be requested as early as possible via official email, phone, or Zalo.
• Deposit/refund policies depend on timing and are stated in the quotation or event contract.
• M-PHOTO may refuse or cancel service if conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or technically unfeasible.

5. Responsibilities at Events

The event client must provide suitable space, stable power, weather protection (for outdoor setups), and on-site coordination as agreed.

M-PHOTO will assign operators and reasonably protect equipment. Damage caused by intentional misuse, intoxication, or failure to follow instructions may incur repair fees as agreed.

6. Photos, Content, and Intellectual Property

• Frames, logos, and designs created by M-PHOTO may only be used within the agreed event/scope; resale or unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
• Photos taken at the booth belong to guests and/or the organizer per each event agreement.
• M-PHOTO may use event images for promotion only with client consent.
• M-PHOTO, M-Photo Pro branding, website design, and marketing materials remain our property.

7. VIP Membership

VIP benefits (rental discounts, purchase offers, promotions, etc.) follow the program in effect at the time.

M-PHOTO may adjust, suspend, or end the VIP program with reasonable notice on our website or official channels.

8. Website Use

• Do not use the website for unlawful purposes or to distribute harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content.
• Do not interfere with, attack, or disrupt our website or services.
• Website information is for reference; final pricing and offers are confirmed directly by M-PHOTO.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We strive for reliable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to technical, network, or force majeure issues.

M-PHOTO is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss beyond what is agreed in a specific service contract.

10. Force Majeure

Natural disasters, epidemics, infrastructure failures, legal changes, or other events beyond reasonable control may result in delay, rescheduling, or cancellation; both parties will negotiate a fair solution.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation; if unsuccessful, competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City shall have jurisdiction.
